FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PACBAG’s TRACK-PACK silage bagging machine has been released in North America. A marriage of over 20 years of knowledge in the manufacturing of silage machines and feedback from thousands of customers and dealers ensures that this machine makes great silage, it is simple to use, and it will be at the forefront of the industry. www.pacbag.com
PACBAG’s new TRACK-PACK machine takes an old technology and revitalizes it to meet today’s forage making needs. This new multi midsize silage bagger (10’, 12’, or 14’ tunnel) with hydraulic drive and track system instead of tires allows for excellent compaction, easier mobility and simpler operation. A new, fully hydraulic drive system powers the 375 CAT engine. The excavator tracks (padded or not) not only provide better stability and drivability on any type of terrain, it removes the need for any other compaction system – no backstop, no anchors. Another exciting
feature is the removable 5th wheel hitch with removable air ride transport wheels. This means the silage bagger can be towed at highway speed. A newly manufactured cab is on the left side of the machine for better sight lines, the frame is narrower to allow for closely laid bags and the tunnel is re-designed to make hanging the bag easier.
A lack of mid-size bagger options in North America led to the formation of the company PACBAG. The owners of Pacific Forage Bag Supply of BC, Canada and K-Manufacturing of Oregon, USA teamed up to design, engineer and sell the Track-Pack line of silage machines. K-Manufacturing made some of the first baggers in the United States and Pacific Forage Bag Supply has been in the business of baggers for almost two decades in Canada. PACBAG brand of silage machines will be synonymous with excellence, reliability and durability.
“We have worked to address all the issues bagging customers and sales dealers have had with silage systems in the past while also trying to think outside the box and create a machine that suits the client, not just the task” Bryan Arthur, Co-owner PACBAG, “We are very proud of this machine and the thought that has gone into it.”
The machine will be at the World Ag Expo in Tulare, California February 14 – 16, 2012 booth DS 72
